Applicants must be 18 years old or over and fully vaccinated for the Covid virus.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICIES

There are no refunds or credits on classes. I understand that the class payment is non-refundable.  Carrie Drazek reserves the right to cancel class at any time at a last minute notice and if that class is cancelled, a make up class will be scheduled.

THE WORK SPACE

I understand that I will provide my own beverage if I so desire and that no alcohol is allowed on the premise or during class. I understand that there will be utmost respect for the place and I will bring all of my belongings into class that I need and I will take them all home with me after each class.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY

I release Carrie Drazek and the Kula Wellness Center from all liability relating to injuries that may occur during class time and from any of the work taught, regardless of location of the classes and workshops. I am participating voluntarily. I forfeit all right to bring a suit against Carrie Drazek or Kula Wellness Center for any reason. I understand that I hold no one other than myself liable for the choices I make as an actor/artist in the class.
